In addition to other discrete RDA regions, the Australian Government delivers the RDA program to the non-self-governing territories of Norfolk Island, Jervis Bay Territory and the Indian Ocean Territories.

RDA Mid North Coast (MNC) is funded by the Australian Government to deliver the RDA program to Norfolk Island.

RDA Illawarra Shoalhaven is funded by the Australian Government to deliver the RDA program to Jervis Bay Territory.

The Indian Ocean Territories Regional Development Organisation (IOT RDO) is funded by the Australian Government to deliver the RDA program for Christmas Island and the Cocos (Keeling) Islands, which together comprise the Indian Ocean Territories.
