Regional Development Australia is committed to delivering an accessible, fit-fit-for purpose communications resource. The Regional Development Australia (RDA) website contains content which has been created in an accessible format and complies the with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and references the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cwth).

In June and July 2023, the RDA website was independently audited for accessibility and (both times) achieved a Level AA at a minimum.

For Microsoft Office documents, tables, and presentations, the in-built Accessibility Checker is recommended to identify and resolve any accessibility issues. For PDF files, alternative formats (for example Word or Excel) can be provided. People (including our staff and stakeholders) with accessibility needs may need use assistive technology to access content.
