Regional Development Australia (RDA) is an Australian Government initiative that brings together all levels of government to enhance the development of Australia's regions. A national network of RDA committees has been established to achieve this objective.

RDA Committee positions currently available

Applications are open for the positions of Chair of the RDA Riverina and RDA Tasmania Committees and for the Chair, Deputy Chair and Board Member positions of the RDA Adelaide Metropolitan Board. Please refer to the Join your RDA page for more information on how to apply.

  • RDA Pilbara collaborating in Port Hedland

    30 October 2018

    RDA Pilbara in partnership with the Town of Port Hedland and WA Primary Health Alliance developed the Port Hedland Community Directory (the Directory). This Directory was launched in late March 2018.

  • MoU to promote cross border arrangements between southern NSW and Capital region

    On Monday 29th October, RDA Southern Inland and RDA ACT formalised their agreement to collaborate and to work together on relevant cross border plans and initiatives, including the opportunity to facilitate international export amongst local producers.

  • RDA Murraylands and Riverland Experts in Residence Program

    Local primary producers and food and beverage manufacturers have an opportunity for one-to-one appointments with industry experts under a program developed by Regional Development Australia Murraylands and Riverland (RDAMR), in partnership with the South Australian Department of Industry and Skills.
