Set to act as a guide for regional development in Tasmania from 2023, the Strategic Regional Plan puts Tasmanians and their communities at the heart of regional development, in a way that also balances environmental and liveability needs.  

The plan captures the significant opportunities available to government, industry, people and community – while also addressing the unique challenges different Tasmanian regions face.
