Who are we?
Regional Development Australia (RDA) is a national network of committees made up of local leaders who work with all levels of government, business and community groups to support the economic development of their regions.
What do we do?
RDA members work to actively grow strong and confident economies in their regions that harness their competitive advantages, seize on economic opportunity and attract investment.

New South Wales RDA regions
There are 14 RDA Committees in New South Wales.
Victoria RDA regions
In Victoria, RDA is a partnership between the Australian and Victorian Governments. From 1 January 2018 there will be six RDA Committees in Victoria.
Queensland RDA regions
There are 12 RDA Committees in Queensland.
South Australia RDA regions
In South Australia, RDA is a unique tripartite funding partnership between the Australian and South Australian Governments, and the Local Government Association of South Australia on behalf of its members. There are eight RDA Committees in South Australia.
Western Australia RDA regions
In Western Australia, RDA is a partnership between the Australian Government and the Government of Western Australia and consists of nine RDAs.
Northern Territory RDA regions
In the Northern Territory, RDA is a partnership between the Australian and Northern Territory Governments. RDA Northern Territory is based in Darwin, with an additional staff member located in Alice Springs. The committee is comprised of members from across the Northern Territory.
Tasmania RDA regions
In Tasmania, RDA is a partnership between the Australian and Tasmanian Governments and the Local Government Association of Tasmania on behalf of its members. RDA Tasmania is based in Launceston, with additional staff located across the state. The committee is comprised of members from across Tasmania.
Australian Capital Territory RDA regions
There is a single RDA Committee for the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
