RDA Northern Rivers update Action Plan

RDA Northern Rivers (New South Wales) has published its Annual Action Plan for 2012-13 as part of its annual review of the Northern Rivers Regional Plan.

The Action Plan recaps the organisation’s achievements to date in support of the Goals and Outcomes in the Regional Plan and outlines the actions, programs and projects RDA Northern Rivers will undertake this financial year in support of the Regional Plan.

RDA Northern Rivers Chair Ian Tiley said the Action Plan provided details on how the strategies articulated in the Regional Plan would be implemented during 2012-13.

“A continuing priority is to work with stakeholders in economic, social and natural resource management planning and identify opportunities for RDA Northern Rivers to provide facilitation or add value to the work of existing agencies,” Mr Tiley said. “The Action Plan also provides a report card on RDA Northern River’s achievements and outcomes since June 2011.”
